How we handle information collected from volunteer Partners.

Scope of this policy: This policy covers only the volunteer Partner Program, through which individuals help grow our newsletter subscriber base within their own personal networks. This program does not involve fundraising, donation solicitation, or handling of any financial information. Our general donation process (via Zeffy) is covered separately.
When you sign up as a Partner, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include:
We also generate a unique referral code and personal link for you, so that visits to your link can be counted. When your link is used, we log the referral code, the date and time, and the page visited — we do not collect any personal information about the people who click your link unless they choose to subscribe themselves.

We use a small number of third-party services strictly to operate this program — for example, a form-processing service to receive your signup, and our email newsletter platform. These providers process your information only on our behalf, under their own privacy and security practices, and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
We retain your information for as long as you remain an active Partner, plus a limited period afterward to close out program records. You may ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
You can ask us, at any time, to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to withdraw from the Partner Program entirely. To do so, email us at info@nomorecopays.org.
The Partner Program is intended for adult volunteers (18 years of age or older). We do not knowingly collect information from minors through this program.
We may update this policy as the Partner Program evolves. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
